There are a few places to park in my neck of the woods. One of which is located right on the corner of East Hastings and Main st. It is an impark lot so the prices for the parking will be listed with them, it is also open 24 hours. This specific lot is outdoor street level parking.

This lot is located on the north hand side of Cordova St. This is a large parking garage with multiple levels. It can help to offer you some peace of mind leaving your car parked downtown when it's located inside. The pricing for this may be a bit more due to its location. Prices would be listed at the lot.
Leaving Waterfront turn left and walk straight down Cordova St. following the natural bend of the road. When you reach Abbott St. cross the street and turn right. You'll pretty much be there and you'll see a dark grey door with a buzzer box on the left.
Head out the International Village side of the station, turn left onto Abbott St. and walk straight until Hastings St, cross over to the east side of the road, once you pass a big orange sign saying Metropole, keep your eyes peeled for that grey door.
